Billie Bauer the con-man and thief

Billie Bauer is simply nothing more than a con-man and thief.

He steals from innocent consumers who find themselves in financial difficulty by making promises to them he cannot fulfill. Quite simply, he preys on the very consumer he proclaims to help. That is as low as a thief can get.

He admitted, just recently, that he not only does not know what the federal consumer protection laws are, he refuses to comply with them in his business dealings with consumers.
